Subscription Terms & Privacy Policy

Habitz: Habit Tracker offers premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions.

Subscription Options

- Monthly Plan: $5.99
- Annual Plan: $39.99

Prices may vary by region and are displayed in the app before purchase.

Payment & Renewal

- Payment is charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Your account will be charged within 24 hours prior to renewal at the same price and duration.

Managing Subscriptions

- Subscriptions may be managed by the user through Apple ID account settings.
- Auto-renewal can be turned off at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
- Cancellation during an active subscription period is not allowed, but you will retain access until the current billing cycle ends.

Free Trials & Refunds

- Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
- Refunds must be requested directly from Apple, as subscriptions are billed and managed by the App Store. Please visit Apple Support for details.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices:

- Log in with the same Apple ID used for purchase.
- Tap Restore Purchases in the app settings to reactivate your subscription.

Data Privacy & Security

- We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

- Subscription data (billing, renewals) is managed directly by Apple; we do not have access to your payment details.
